Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, studio rentals, equipment rentals, and services offered by Focus Media (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, using our studio, renting equipment, or engaging with our services, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be paid in full to secure your studio slot or service.
No provisional bookings are allowed.
Prices listed on our website or communication channels are subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellation Policy (Non-Refundable)

All bookings are strictly non-refundable for any reason.
No refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the original booking.
Reschedules are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Focus Media reserves the right to approve or reject any reschedule requests.
Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the booking will be treated as cancellations.

4. Extensions & Overtime

Extensions are subject to studio availability.
All extensions must be paid upfront before extra time is granted.
If the studio is unavailable, clients must vacate at the original end time.

5. Equipment Rental

Any rented equipment is considered used once collected or once the session begins.
No refunds will be issued for equipment rentals.
The client is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment.
Repair or replacement fees will be charged for damaged or missing equipment.

6. Studio Rules & Client Responsibilities.

Clients must respect the studio space, equipment, and staff.
No illegal activities, smoking, or dangerous behavior allowed.
The studio must be left clean; cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
Clients are liable for any damage caused during their session.

7. Late Arrival & No-Shows.

Late arrivals do not qualify for free extended time.
No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

8. Content Creation & Privacy

Focus Media may request permission to use BTS content for marketing.
All client-created content remains the property of the client.
CCTV may operate in certain areas for safety and security.

9. Liability & Indemnity

Focus Media is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
We are not liable for injuries resulting from negligence or unsafe conduct by clients.
We are not responsible for delays caused by load-shedding or external factors.
By using our services, clients agree to indemnify Focus Media from all claims or damages.

10. Right of Admission Reserved

We may deny entry or remove individuals who violate these Terms.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Changes to Terms

Focus Media may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services means acceptance of revised Terms.
